Sub-Associations
If you live in a townhome or cluster home, your house may be part of a sub-association. Sub-associations exist to provide support to town and cluster homes in the form of landscaping, snow removal, and other needs exclusive to these small communities. Owners residing within sub-associations are required to pay assessments to both MPOA and the sub-association and may be bound to more restrictive covenants for certain items (exterior colors, decorative objects, etc.). For further information on your sub-association, please contact your community manager or board representative below:
