Lake Lowering Update

On Monday, November 2nd, the water level of Lake Montclair was lowered by approximately 3 feet to conduct scheduled maintenance, shoreline cleanup, and homeowners dock repairs. The lake lowering begin on November 2, 2020 and was completed by November 3, 2020. The sluice gates has been closed and the water will naturally return to its regular level. Precipitation and the flow of Powell’s Creek will determine how long it takes for the water levels to return to normal.
