MPOA Office Closure – 1/18 The MPOA office will be closed in observation of Martin Luther King Day holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, January 19th at 8:30am.


Prince William County’s – Alerts PWC Alerts is an emergency notification system used by Prince William County government to send emergency alerts, non-emergency updates, as well as automated weather notifications to you through voice calls, texts, and/or emails before, during, and after a major crisis. This highly customizable system allows you to receive only those alerts that you are interested in receiving (examples include: severe weather watches & warnings, active shooter, traffic alerts, etc.). PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – On Wednesday, January 6, Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam released the priority groups for Phase 1b and Phase 1c. The Health District will continue vaccinating those in Phase 1a. In addition, starting on January 25 the health district will give the required second dose to those vaccine recipients who are due for their second dose of Moderna vaccine. Those individuals that are 75 and older are invited to fill out a brief survey. This survey will assist the health district in contacting those who fall within this group. The link to the survey is now accessible here. Once the PWHD has a list of individuals 75 years old and older, it will be upload into the electronic scheduling system that will instruct them how to schedule an appointment. PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – Free COVID-19 testing is available for anyone who lives or works in Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or the City of Manassas Park. Participants must provide their full name, telephone number, home or work address in Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or the City of Manassas Park to obtain COVID testing and receive the results. Here is a list of the upcoming testing sites and locations. All areas can accommodate drive-thru or walk-up testing. To ensure you receive a test, please arrive at the site as close as possible to the start time and ensure you are in line by the time posted below. Testing is only available until the allocated test kits are depleted at each site.
