MPOA Office Closed
The MPOA office will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020, for the holiday and will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2020.
Update on Guest Suspension
At the May 21, 2020 meeting, the Board suspended Community Guideline 4.1.3 Guests, Sections a and d, which restricted guests. Effective July 1, 2020, the Board has updated the restriction to permit 2 guests per unrestricted ID. There is no change to the suspension of Section d.
Update on Facility Opening
Effective July 1, 2020, the playgrounds will be open for use with posted signage and recommendations. The Board of Directors will discuss the re-opening of the remaining closed amenities at the July 8, 2020 meeting.

Statement of Interest
The Board of Directors wishes to announce a vacant At-Large seat with a term expiration of March 2022. Any homeowner in good standing who owns a unit/lot in Montclair is eligible to submit a “Statement of Interest Form” for consideration. Forms must be received at the MPOA office by 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 16, 2020.

Reminder that the July 4th fireworks show has been rescheduled for August 29, 2020.

Board of Directors Meeting
There is a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 7:30 pm. This will be an electronic Zoom meeting. Please see original email for login information or contact info@montclairva.com.
Town Hall: Camelot/Sheffield Flooding
A Town Hall Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the MPOA building and will be accessible via Zoom. Social distancing measures will be in place and face coverings must be worn inside the building. The board room can accommodate 40 guests so please use the SignUpGenius link below to reserve a seat if you wish to attend in person.

Upcoming Covenants Subcommittee Meetings
The Covenants Sub-Committee will meet on July 9th, July 23rd, August 13th, and August 27th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 pm to present and discuss the revision of Article 5, Architectural Guidelines and Home Businesses. The meeting on July 9th will focus on articles 5.4.11 through 5.4.20. Check future email blasts for which Architectural Guidelines will be discussed in future meetings.

MPOA 2020 -2021 Recreation IDs
Reminder that as of July 1, 2020 new 2020 stickers are required to use MPOA facilities. Use the SignUpGenius link, found below, to make an appointment to renew or obtain new Rec ID's.
*Please note that office procedures for accepting and processing forms may change if the MPOA Office closures are relaxed or extended due to Government directives. The drop box located to the left of the MPOA Office doors is always available for dropping off forms and documents.
The following are necessary to process all Rec ID requests either in person or by mail:
Updating IDs – please submit/bring the following to the MPOA Office:
-A completed Rec ID Application
-Your current 2019 Rec ID cards
-Proof of residency for anyone in the home over the age of 18
Lost IDs – please submit/bring the following to the MPOA Office:
-A completed Rec ID Application
-Proof of residency for anyone in the home over the age of 18
-A check for ($10 per) each new ID
-A picture for each person getting a new ID, if registering in-person photo will be taken by staff
First time IDs – please submit/bring the following to the MPOA Office:
-A completed application
-Proof of residency for anyone in the home over the age of 18
-A picture for each person getting a new ID, if registering in-person photo will be taken by staff

Drop-off - The black drop-box to the left of the MPOA Office doors is always open
On-line – please send all information to info@montclairva.com, and deposit Rec ID cards into the drop-box
The Rec ID form is available HERE. It can be downloaded and printed from the Community website, www.montclairva.com, or it can be emailed upon request. After processing the completed application, your cards will be mailed back to the address listed on the form. If you are a tenant, please be sure to have the homeowner sign the form, permitting renters to obtain the Rec IDs.

As COVID-19 restrictions continue to limit the type of activities the MPOA can safely hold, there have been cancellations and postponements of Montclair Events. Please review the current events list below, which may still be subject to changes due to Government directives.
