Congratulations to Christine Galbraith!

Dear Montclair residents,

I recently had the pleasure of attending the FirstService Residential East Region Annual Conference. FirstService Residential, your management company, is the largest management company in the United States. The East Region is made up of nearly 1,100 communities from Massachusetts to Florida. It was an amazing experience to spend time with associates from all over the region, sharing our knowledge and experience with one another with the goal of improving our service and finding new and innovative ways to bring value to the communities that we manage.

I am very proud to announce that Christine Galbraith, our Front Desk Administrator, was the recipient of the 2017 Customer Service Award! If you have called the MPOA office in the past year, it is likely that you spoke with Christine and have experienced her kind, professional attitude and dedicated service. Christine embodies all our core values, consistently delivering exceptional service and is quite deserving of this prestigious recognition.
