Guideline changes to go into effect starting January 1, 2018
Starting January 1, 2018, changes to the following guidelines will go into effect,
Amendments to Community Guidelines Article 4, Section 4.1.2 Recreation Photo IDs (to become effective April 1, 2018)
Amendments to Community Guidelines Article 5, Section 5.4 Architectural Guidelines General
Amendments to Community Guidelines Article 5, Section 5.4.24 Landscaping
Amendments to Community Guidelines Article 5, Section 5.4.47 Tree Removal
Amendments to Community Guidelines Article 5, Section(s) 5.4.6 Decks; 5.4.8 Docks, Piers, and Wharves; 5.4.13 Fences (references lake front fences); 5.4.19 Gardens (to include Vegetable Gardens); 5.4.20 Gazebos; 5.4.24 Landscaping; 5.4.27 Major Alterations; 5.4.29 Patios; 5.4.33 Recreation and Play Equipment; 5.4.34 Retaining Walls; 5.4.37 Seawalls, Bulkheads, Rip-rap, and Culverts; 5.4.39 Sheds and Outdoor Storage Containers; 5.4.47 Tree Removal; 5.4.48 Trellises, Arbors, and Pergolas; and 5.4.49 Walkways and Paths.
