Beaver Landing

Dolphin Beach

One of three beaches used to access Lake Montclair. Playground and covered pavilion with picnic tables and barbecue grills on opposite hilltops. Basketball hoops and a volleyball court (volleyball net available during beach season). Fishing pier and large amphitheater overlooking the lake. Large grass field behind parking lot. Kids' Dominion

A large playground area located behind the MPOA office. Covered pavilion with picnic tables and benches surrounding the play structures. This park is open from dawn to dusk.
Hockersmith Park

Large field and basketball court. Hockersmith Park is easily accessible from Northgate Drive near the corner of Edgewood Drive. This park is open from dawn to dusk.
West Beach

One of three beaches used to access Lake Montclair. Tree shaded swings and picnic tables. Basketball hoop in parking lot. Boat storage racks available for use with an annual fee. State park located along the Potomac River. Five hiking trails, including a segment of the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail. Picnic shelters available for rental. Fishing pier and boat launch available. Programs and events held throughout the year at the Visitor Center.

Locust Shade Park

Batting cages, 18-hole miniature golf course, golf driving range, marina building with boat rentals on an 8-acre lake, playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts, pavilion rentals, fitness and nature trails and horseshoe pits. Fishing available year-round. 400-seat amphitheater with programs running May through August.
