Downloaded forms may be submitted to the office in the following ways:

• Email: info@montclairva.com

• In-person at the MPOA office or left in the dropbox after hours

Boats up for auction are located in the far end of the parking lot at West Beach. They are numbered with silver tape on each boat. Residents are advised to use caution when viewing boats for the auction as dredging equipment is moving throughout the area.

Rules:

• Bids will not be accepted until 8:30 AM on March 31st.

• Only bids from members in good standing will be accepted as valid.

• Residents may only bid on ONE boat.

• Proof of Residency (lease or current utility bill required for renters).

• All bids must be submitted by FRIDAY, APRIL 11th at 5:00 PM​.

• Payment for winning bids must be made out to MPOA by check or money order.
