The community has three beaches at which residents can access Lake Montclair. Residents must present a valid Recreation Pass when visiting these facilities. For information on policies concerning Lake Montclair, including swimming, click here.
Beaver Landing Beach

One of three beaches used to access Lake Montclair. Tree shaded picnic tables. Fishing pier. This park is open from dawn to dusk.
Dolphin Beach
4398 Spillway Lane
Montclair, VA 22025
One of three beaches used to access Lake Montclair. Playground and covered pavilion with picnic tables and barbecue grills on opposite hilltops. Basketball hoops and a volleyball court (volleyball net available during beach season). Fishing pier and large amphitheater overlooking the lake. Large grass field behind parking lot. Public restrooms available during beach season. This park is open from dawn to dusk.
West Beach

One of three beaches used to access Lake Montclair. Tree shaded swings and picnic tables. Basketball hoop in parking lot. Boat storage racks available for use with an annual fee. Boat ramp for loading and unloading pontoon and other large boats. This park is open from dawn to dusk.
