Below are the June 10, 2009 Board Briefs:

• Approved the minutes from the May 13, 2009 Board of Directors’ meeting.
• Acted on a hearing for violations of Community Guidelines 5.5.2(d) Commercial Vehicles; sanctions imposed.
• Denied a Property Improvement Request (PIR) for changes made to an existing 8’ x 16’ deck. 
• Approved the placement of 12” x 24” monthly Board meeting signs at the entrances to WETA on their common property up to two days prior to each meeting.
• Approved ongoing legal services contract with Segan, Mason and Mason.
• Approved the use of door hanger “friendly reminder” notices for minor covenants infractions prior to issuing a first notice violation.
• Approved a request to waive violations fees provided the homeowner corrected all violations within 14 days, and required the homeowner to pay legal fees.
• Approved a request to waive violations and legal fees.
• Approved two requests to waive late fees.
• Denied a request to waive late fees.
• Approved a request for bad debt write-off.
