The MPOA Office is open today, Monday, Feb. 8, until 4 p.m., with limited staff to assist homeowners and answer telephone calls.

Due to the road conditions, American Disposal Services will not be providing trash or recycling services on Monday, Feb. 8. Trash and Recycling should NOT be set out at the curb until Thursday, Feb. 11, the next regular pick up day, pending weather conditions.

Dock permits will be renewed annually, to owners in good standing,between December 1 and 31, upon receipt of an MPOA Dock Permit Application (see attached).

Renewal fee is $5.00 (no cash accepted) when renewed by December 31. There will be a $200 late fee unless there is proof by January 10, that insurance was in effect since January 1, of that year.
